“Also on the main floor is a working office in the back of the home, so you could actually work there without having to worry about visitors seeing a mess, and it’s attached to a full bath. That space could also serve as a secondary bedroom if needed. A very large master suite is upstairs – we get lots of calls for that, especially from families with very young children.         The Toulouse on Lot 9 is also an exceptional value at $784,210 for 4,782 square feet. “This is a brand new plan. There’s also a secondary bedroom and full bath in the basement, which would be ideal for a pool bath if the owner’s wanted to add a pool at a later date.”
