On November 8, 2008 from 1-4 pm Bonterra Builders is joining forces with real estate firms to host a community open house at Bonterra Village in Indian Trail.  The open house is going to feature new construction homes being offered by Bonterra Builders as well as additional homes throughout the community being offered for sale.  "We are excited for this opportunity," says Karen McKenzie, New Home Consultant for Bonterra Builders.  "Bringing the community together gives potential homeowners the ability to see what the neighborhood has to offer." 

The tour will begin at the Bonterra Builders model home at 1104 Saratoga Blvd.  The onsite representives will have holiday themed snacks as well as recipes and a chance to win a door prize.  Homes throughout the community will be offering food or drinks and recipes for you to enjoy.  "Don't miss a single home," says Karen, "they all offer something unique and exciting."
