At Bonterra Builders, we are always seeking new methods to innovate and improve the homeowner experience. We are excited to introduce a new website, Home Plate, which will allow our homeowners to monitor progress on the construction of their homes, view their option selections as well as all appointments associated with the building process.
This website will also allow existing homeowners to enter and check the status of warranty service requests, review on-line documents concerning your home and view relevant digital images. As of 11/01/07, the existing link for Warranty Requests on the Bonterra Builders home page will be replaced with the Home Plate link.
To start, please visit: www.BonterraBuilders.com, click on Customer Care Tab. The Home Plate link will appear, click the link to visit the Home Plate website to Login.
Your Login Id: 1st letter of first name + last name, in all lower letters. Ex. moljeski
Your Password: Same as login initially, please reset once you sign on
After the initial login, you will be taken to your personal page. The data there is accessible ONLY TO YOU. You will be asked to create a new password for your security.
